Terms and Conditions

All Products in this promotion (Back to School Deals) are part of a promotion conducted solely by Fender Music Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 34 613 081 191) and are valid between 9th February and 23rd February 2026 or until sold out. All products have limited availability and may be removed from the promotion at any time.

Pricing

  • The prices displayed are the Fender direct to consumer prices available at au.fender.com only.
  • Savings are available during the promotional period or while stocks last.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Prices include GST.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated.

Availability

  • All products in this promotion have been included in good faith on the basis that the products were in stock at the start of the promotion.
  • Stocks are limited, and savings apply only while stocks last during the promotion.
  • Fender Music Australia reserves the right to withdraw any product from the promotion at any time.
  • Fender Music Australia reserves the right to end the promotion at any time before the scheduled end.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is available Australia-wide to residential and business addresses.
  • Standard shipping costs apply unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on location.
  • Fender Music Australia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

  • We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting customer service. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy.
  • Fender Music Australia reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.

Promotional Gift with Purchase

  • Where a product is supplied with a promotional gift (including a guitar case or gift card) as part of the same transaction, and the product is returned for a refund due to a failure covered by the Australian Consumer Law, the promotional gift must also be returned (or, if not returned, the value of the promotional gift may be deducted from the refund).
  • If you elect to receive a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund, you may retain the promotional gift.
  • This condition does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure of goods.

Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • All products sold are genuine Fender products.
  • All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Full warranty terms and conditions are available at au.fender.com/warranty or by contacting customer service.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Exclusions

  • This promotion is for retail customers only. Trade, commercial, or bulk purchases may be excluded at Fender Music Australia's discretion.
  • Some products may be excluded from this promotion. Exclusions will be clearly marked.

  • A valid Australian delivery address is required.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
