All Products in these promotions (Black Friday) & (Cyber Monday) are part of a promotion conducted solely by Fender Music Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 34 613 081 191) and are valid between 17th November and 15th December 2025 or until sold out. All products have limited availability and may be removed from the promotion at any time. 

Pricing:

  • The prices displayed are the Fender direct to consumer prices available at au.fender.com only.
  • Savings are available during the promotional period or while stocks last.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices include GST and are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Promotional prices cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, vouchers or promotions unless expressly stated.

Availability:

  • All products in this promotion have been included in good faith on the basis that the products were in stock at the start of the promotion.
  • Stocks are limited, and savings apply only while stocks last during the promotion.
  • Fender Music Australia reserves the right to withdraw any product from the promotion at any time.
  • Fender Music Australia reserves the right to end the promotion at any time before the scheduled end.
  • This promotion is only available to customers with Australian delivery addresses.

Consumer Rights:

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
